At sayitwiththreadr, we believe every child deserves the joy of hands-on, screen-free play — and we want those wooden building sets, puzzles, and Montessori-style toys to land on your doorstep as smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your order from our shelves to your little one's hands.

Free Shipping — Always

Every single order ships free of charge. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout. Whether you're picking up a stacking toy for a curious one-year-old or a full building block set for an imaginative six-year-old, you'll never pay a cent for delivery.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

Processing Time

Before your order heads out the door, our team carefully packs it up to make sure those wooden pieces arrive in perfect condition. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost: Free

So from the moment you place your order, you can generally expect your wooden toys to arrive within 6–12 business days in total (processing + transit). We'll always do our best to get things moving as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with tracking — no exceptions. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use that number at usps.com to follow your package every step of the way. Because we know the anticipation of waiting for a new set of building blocks is almost as exciting for the grown-ups as it is for the kids.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you've entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at support@sayitwiththreadr.com or call us at +1 270-429-2452. We'll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Please note that any additional shipping costs resulting from an address error on the customer's part may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take real pride in the quality of our wooden toys — from the sustainably-minded materials to the way we pack each order. But occasionally, things happen in transit that are outside our control.

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll open an investigation with USPS and work with you to find a resolution — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
  • Damaged items: If your wooden puzzles, sorting toys, or any other items arrive damaged, please email us at support@sayitwiththreadr.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.

Customs & Import Duties

As we currently ship within the United States only, domestic orders are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. Should we expand our shipping destinations in the future, any applicable customs fees or import duties would be the responsibility of the customer, and we would update this policy accordingly.

Our customer support team is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (ET). Outside of these hours, our AI chat agent is on hand to help with common questions. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 48 hours on business days.
